The hotel is situated on a hill with a stunning view over the old town. The restaurant is known for its professional and extraordinary service. Breakfast is delicious, and the rooms are designed smartly and cozy by Western standards. The bathroom is clean and well-equipped.

The spa area needs some temperature adjustment, as some of the settings are too hot.

I do not find any negatives about this hotel.

Breakfast was tricky when a sports team took over the dining room and we had to carry food to another room.

Phenomenal facilities with helpful English-speaking staff. Luxurious spa and comfortable rooms with great views. Excellent breakfast with hot and cold choices. Good air conditioning and wifi. Plenty of on-site parking.

The receptionist informed us that a wedding would be taking place directly outside our room but failed to mention it would go on until after 3am... the hotel would not move us so we were kept awake most of the night... unacceptable service when we paid for a suite at a four star hotel!!! Sadly this hotel has not offered the same standards we have previously experienced.

The location of this hotel is simply AMAZING, offering jaw-dropping views of the town. The restaurant is top-notch, serving mind-blowing food, and the staff are incredibly friendly. The room had all the amenities we needed and we even received some nice extras like a welcome drink and a sweet treat upon departure. The attention to detail and the overall service truly exceeded our expectations.

I would have appreciated a better vacation for senior people if the staff had been a bit more attentive and helpful. It would have been nice if the children working there had offered assistance with carrying my luggage or provided more information about the hotel's amenities without me having to ask.

The noise from the nearby road and other guests was constant and kept us awake at night. We were also disappointed to find that the amenities were limited, and there was no room service available.

The hotel advertised that the New Year's party would go until 2 am, but it actually ended at 12 am. Some of the amenities in the room were not functioning well, such as the heater and shower.
